We have three service offerings:
1. Personalized one-on-one lessons conducted via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
2. Interactive workshops held on Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
3. Recorded lessons.
Our lessons are priced per student and run for a duration of 2 hours each, designed exclusively for Grade 11s and 12s. Please verify that the contact details entered during checkout and reference details are in alignment and are correct, as they will be used for communication purposes. It's important to highlight that ensuring the accuracy of this information is your responsibility, and we cannot be held accountable for any consequences resulting from a failure to verify. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to Acxcel Tutors! Before you proceed with our tutoring services, please carefully review the following terms and conditions.
1. Service overview
Acxcel provides personalized tutoring services for various subjects to students in grade 11 and 12.
2. Booking and payments
• All tutoring sessions must be booked in advance through our online platform.
• Payments are due before commencement of each tutoring session.
• Accepted payment method (use account details provided at checkout point)
3. Cancellation and refund policy
• Sessions cancelled by Acxcel tutors will be fully refunded to customer.
• For personalized one-on-one sessions and workshops, if a student is more than 20 minutes late, the session may be cancelled, and no refund will be provided.
• Refunds will not be issued for recorded lessons.
4. Student responsibility
• Students are expected to come prepared for each tutoring session with relevant
materials and questions.
• Respectful and cooperative behaviour is required at all interactions with tutors.
5. Code of conduct
• Acxcel Tutors maintains zero-tolerance policy for any form of discriminatory, offensive or inappropriate behaviour.
• Violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of services.
6. Rescheduling
• Rescheduling sessions is subject to tutor availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
7. Confidentiality
• All student information, progress reports and communication will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
8. Technical requirements
• Students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical equipment, internet connectivity and software to participate in online tutoring services.
9. Termination of service
• Acxcel Tutors reserves the right to terminate services for any student in the event of repeated violation of terms, disruptive behaviour or non-payment.
10. Changes to terms and conditions
• Acxcel Tutors reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
Customers will be notified of any changes.
